The Roxbury Institute runs the Advanced Lipedema Treatment (ALT) program across two lipedema surgical locations: Los Angeles, California, the flagship and research center, where David Amron, MD and Aria Vazirnia, MD operate; and Murray, Utah, an accredited surgical center where David Smart, MD and David Amron, MD operate.
